"Emotion chipset"? Are we talking about a game platform or an android here?

Linux and Windows are both OSs.
You miss the point. The point was that just like shit doesn't provide me with the nutrients necessary to support life, Linux does not support me with the features I need from my OS. So JUST like eating shit wouldn't provide me with what I need from eating, running Linux wouldn't provide me with what I need from running an OS.
Sometimes comparing apples to oranges is COMPLETELY relevant...

Extend the analogy:
"I'm going to biologically modify my body so I can now eat shit and get what I need from it rather than just going out and buying food to eat."
Wtf dude. You make me laugh.

At this very moment i'm in open SUSE 10.2 and it rules. I have to admit, Linux does start slower than windows on all of my machines, including this 2.5ghz, 1.5 gigs ram Dell im on right now

Linux starts faster than XP on mine. Maybe it's because I modded the boot and logon screens.

While I haven't actually measured I think linux starts a little slower than windows. However I think it's well worth the wait. ^_^
Anyway I'm not so single minded that don't see that different persons have different requirements, that's why I have resisted entering this debate until now, even though I think linux is far superior and versatile in most cases. - I'm still aware of the "I think"...
Linux ftw, Windows ftl --- when the users are ready.

We are the Borg. Windows is futile. You will be assimilated. We will add your linux and biological distinctiveness to our own.
