Looks similar to a cross between TweakUI's vista and some other theme. My XP desktop is also rather boring, but I'm too lazy to sceenshot it right now, I've got programming to do.

or automatically use IE as browser no matter what you set?

and make a window (lower than all other windows) if you close IE, saying "do you want to disconnect"? and if you don't click no fast enough, automatically disconnects?
