Yup. 8)
it also helps enourmously if you have the oppurtunity, like i have, to take a car out into a paddock and let it spin and slide and practice getting it back under control. experience like that is indespensible in my opinion.

BTW: driving is soooo cool! Big Grin i have my P's and i aint planning to lose them or my life anytime soon!

Any *real* car is custom tweaked by it's owner. Fricken unbelievable what a good car owner can turn his wheels into.

I'll look up cars eventually in like 4 years, and then get back to this thread, and post the easiest cars to customize fully.
Quote:his is also why, most likely, beginer drivers go off their side of the road into the dirt....

Lol, that is exactly what I do. When I'm driving, my dad is constantly telling me to stop hugging the right side so much. The real problem is when it isn't dirt there, but an actual lane of traffic. :lol:

It's actually kind of funny. But I'm getting better about it.

Cars that are easy to mod are ones that got alot of mainstream backing.... A Dodge-Caravan would be extreemly hard, but Lancer-Evolution how ever would be on of those that would be a lil more easier, cause they have large amounts of avaliable parts for them....

Off the top of my head: Subaru Impreza, Lancer-Evolution, Ford Focus, Toyota Supra, etc are mostly well backed with aftermarket parts.... Just dig up a poplar parts supplier online and find out what cars they carry.... :winkwink:

But, easy also in how deep your pockets are.... Customs are far, far from cheap.... You can blow anywhere from 50,000 usd and up in just parts (meaning w/o the car's price included), Taking you want high-end motor/parts upgrades and visuals like you see on The Fast and the Furious.... Not sure how much just a visual show car would be alone..... Only nice thing about it, is you can go in steps, 50,000 or 100,000 usd is not all one payment, but the total of all the small parts.... You can go one or two at a time....

Anyway.... =)
I went to school with a guy who has since spent AU$250,000 on a 1998 VT Commodore...
