I am working on upgrading pr0gger's code to UGL and beyond, and I had a thought:
pr0gger has trees in his game (RTS), and I put the bmp in a general "objects" directory.
I thought at the time that perhaps trees would just be a pretty terrain addon thing, but then the thought struck me to make the resources/objects.
So, question: should I group miscellaneous pretty stuff like rocks or sticks on the land into objects category or should i make another category ("scenery"?) and have any thing in that category just have a name, bitmap, and bitmap sequence (animation) associated with it? hmmmmmmmmm

Peace cannot be obtained without war. Why? If there is already peace, it is unnecessary for war. If there is no peace, there is already war."
