If you're really into fast code, try ASM. Win ASM and Pmode ASM is much easier than their 16bit counterparts. :*)

have you restarted the Win32 QB compiler you were working on?

I never stopped working on it. I'm currently researching alternative parsers coz mine sucks turtle droppings. But soon enough, it'll be ready for the general public. The editor owns, btw. And yeah, once its released, it will be open source so its development can be contributed to by anyone with knowledge of BASIC and Windows assembly.
