Hoax!!
It takes so long to load because it's downloading models and texture packs over your internet connection.

CGI Joe.. lol... no...
I've ran it on offline computers...
It uses mathematical formulaes to generate textures and sounds, that's why it sucks resources and have a freakin huge loading time.
A friend of mine ran it on a 3ghz hyper threaded p4, with 1gb ram... it was almost non lagging... some huge rooms lagged a bit...
That's why commercial games/apps are not written in this way...
If you look in the readme you'll find the requirements to run it, it's like a 2ghz+ with 256mb ram and a 128mb graphics card (recomended) or something.. it's insane... But tha'ts what you get for using formuales for textures
..also the sounds are very monotomous...
barok, I'll leave that up to you to find out, makes it more interessting, dont you think
...

I can write a program that 'generates errors' in less then 96K.

Lol, I know.. That's why I said "lol"... and left 2 blank rows after, posting aditional info on it =)
Then I went on to answer why comercial apps are not written this way =)
I think it's really really cool, that you can actually make something like that, in just 100kb's... imagine if they go as high as 300kb... they have the engine, and the weapons... for 200kb more they could do a LOT of stuff.

Yeah, I'd like to see an entire game completely proceduraleralyisterly-generated. That would be cool ..

Yup, I saw one of these as well. Some of the images I see in some people's signatures are larger than the demos. It's amazing.
