Robboard is the worst POS ever written. At least Marcade's forum isn't so bad. He himself is the problem.

Aah, sorry if that sounded like an attack on you, no, of course not . It's just at university we have slow servers, tree forums, and expires() headers

It wasn't an attack on seph forum at all, and you'll note I never said that. All I said was that tree forums suck when the expires header is sent.

It's all about the forum traffic. Robboard is perfect for me because the number of posters is relatively low, 1 forum is enough, but it has enough posters to keep ticking over and look busy. IMHO, 'small' (ie. low traffic) sites with a bb and 10 different forums that nobody posts in look desolate, and it doesn't encourage anybody to post there.

Also, I've never had and probs with Robboard unlike some earlier versions of Sephforum.. I'm sure seph has ironed out all the bugs by now though

I got the impression everyone used sephforum, still I hate \tree forums bug free or otherwise, I only like ones where you post a topic and all posts on one page. If you want really s*** though go over to a yahoo groups forum.

I would say qbasic.coms forum is MUCH worse than you average tree forum . Sorry about my mistakes about robboard/seph forum btw. Still I hate tree forums, for this reason; too few threads a page AND you can't see all the messages on one page.
