nice sprite! Just a few things...
1. the left arm looks wrong... i can't put my finger on it but it doesn't look quite right
2. the thumb on the left hand is on the wrong side
3. The fingers on the right hand look he's wearing a mitt. Maybe a few random pixels to show he's got more than one finger?

I made the sleeve on the left arm too short, so maybe that's what's wrong with the arm. I also worked on the hand a little bit. As for the thumbs... I just did the pose myself in real life, and unless I was born wiht my thumbs on the wrong side, they're right.

Hmm I actually prefer the hand on the old drawing. It was fine, now the fingers look a bit short.. maybe Barok has inverted hands?
But rest of the pic is an improvement.

I dunno, man. I agree with Barok. That thumb is on the wrong side.
The only way that would work is if he's cupping his hand and the thumb is going across the hand.

I... I don't get it. :o I'm looking directly at my hands, and at the drawing, our thumbs are on that exact same side! I swear, they are!

wait maybe it's just facing the wrong way. it makes sense if that's the back of the hand but the stance doesn't feel right with the hand backwards

The picture of the guy doing the ryu-jin kick is a bit wrong...his feet are backwards.
His right foot should be tucked in (the ankle points towards the groin) and his left foot should be either facing the viewpoint or pointed forward with the ankle facing down.
Oh and the problem with the thumb is its angle...no one bends their thumb like that in a fighting stance as it creates a terrible handicap. And actually, many people can't even bend their thumb that way.
