really gender doesnt matter to me online, It doesnt effect me IRL though... im a pig... ill admit it.. If someones gender online obsesses you that much you should get out of the house and meet a girl in reality (Yes they exist!) they are much more fun to obsess over IRL.

Z!re is a chick... whoopity doo ... could be a wedge of cheese for all I care. I give no person more or less respect for being something different than me.

The wonderful thing about the internet is we can be anything we want to be, a river of faceless text, or Who you really are.

The Internet is the only real Equal Opportunity Employer

I never stated i was human or even Male... so Who am I?

Who are you?

Spend more time programming and less being rather silly.

PS. I didnt know you Z!re but have a nice time.
PPS im really a eunich spider monkey... debate that for 3 pages please

To everyone proclaiming the notmatteritude of this: Who are you trying to convince?

If it doesn't matter to you, why point that out to those who aren't gifted by such apathy?

Furthermore, those who suspected aside, isn't saying that nothing will change, if a not little dishonest, a little callous? The things I learn about everyone here shapes how I see them. It's very difficult for me to disregard something like that. I'm not great at remembering which name connects to which life but if where a person has travelled while away from this place doesn't matter, does anything? As politically correct as saying "it changes NOTHING -- nothing will change anything." is, doesn't disregarding what makes us all unique outside of this tiny world come close to disregarding those who inhabit it as mere shadows?

I've mentioned it quite a bit before, this event has forced me to re-evaluate my perceptions and confront parts of myself. This isn't the first time I've learned about someone and had to rethink my perceptions, not even in recent days. It's difficult to do, and I know I may not like the answer I find, but I must respect those who change my perceptions as well as myself by not sweeping such thoughts under the carpet, because in my eyes, to do otherwise is to disrespect myself by shutting down a part of my brain with thoughts I'd rather not think about, and to disrespect others by keeping them at a mental distance.

But I read way too much into things. By all means feel free to disagree with me.

On the Internet, no one knows you're a dog.

Yeah, I don't care, but it's kinda weird... did anyone else see Z!re's ASCII art sig or am I imagining things?

But once you reveal that you are a dog, is it wrong for others to consider the nature of a canine in their view of you? I'm getting the impression that for some people, the answer is yes, it is wrong to realize consciously that you're talking to a dog on-line.

hrm....,
