Do you refer to the pen & paper rpg D&D ? If so, hell yeah! I'm a old pen & paper rpg nerd and I've played both D&D and AD&D alot. My favourite rpg however is MERP (Middle earth Role playing gaming) since I'm also a Tolkien-nerd 8)

Yeah I have played it several times, though always as the DM so I don't know what its like to just play and not run. Imo its a pretty good game and its not suprising that so many computer games are either completely or in part based off of it.

Was both a player and a DM for many years, even have my own realm, which spawned a few computer RPGs (Monolith, Wrath Of Sona, Rise Of The Lich). I always liked playing clerics, they're similar to my real life person. Smile

I used to play D&D... loved it too. As for my character? I'd have to say I'm more like that guy with the *boomstick* from Army Of Darkness. :lol:

We use a heavily modified D&D system, from which we're developing plotlines for upcoming RPGs. And they're damn good plotlines too.

D&D is awesome. Some friends and I just started playing. So far, i've been mauled by a bear, shot in the ass by a kobold while sleeping, slept through a massacre, wanted to slaughter all the guards in a town, and i've been dealt 13 subdual damage by two shocker lizards whom we had tied up in two seperate bags in our wagon. Tongue

I played it for many many years... man... it was so great. We used to play it in the breaks in the school for years and years, taking turns at being DM. I miss it whenever I think of it, but noone to play it with anymore Sad
