XBox are here for 90⬠which is roughly $95 or so. And brand new
But without games and just 1 controller, all must be said. And v.1.6, which are a hell to chip.

I would fully agree with you! I had my xbox chipped (Xecuter 3 CE) and installed XBMC, and discovered that it was the best thing to happen to consoles ever! The scope of what you can do with a chipped xbox is huge :)
If you do get one, you wont regret it.

I can't stand racing games with the XBox controller. I was born and raised to use the Dualshock.

Forza 1 was a flat out, realistic as possible sim. Had more tuning options than GT4, you could buy new parts for anywhere on the car, etc, etc and you could even create your own paintjobs. Forza 2 should be that and more.
Fully sim to me is w/ an optional Force-Feed-Back steering wheel that's made solid
(which means, Mad-Catz doesn't cut it, unless they've improved since PS1).... e.g. like the Driving Force [Pro] for GT..... W/o a wheel to add just that more sim, it not my type of game.... I can really care less for flashy ingame opptions (Tunning/car-line-up) as you suggest, I'm all for the feeling I get from the turns, slides, road differences, etc....
So if you can get a good quality wheel for it, I'm interested.... if not, I'm not....

Unfortunately there dont seem to be any force-feedback wheels for the 360... Im not sure If it will even support force feedback which Is a great shame. So rattrap may as well stick with the PS3 if he wants FF.

I don't game as much as I used to, and so I'm probably not going to any of them since the PC is doing fine for me. I don't even use most of my old consoles such as the 2600, Genesis, and NES anymore becuase I got emulators for all of them.

That Zelda game looks amazing, but I hate the wii controller. The ps3 is what I was going for, but there is no way that I'm going to pay that much. I'd much rather buy a card with one of these...

As for the XBox360... I bought an XBox, when they first came out. It was okay, but I paid 350 bucks for it... which is
waaaaaaay too much to pay for something that's just...ok. I think I'll just buy myself a new video card.

@KiZ: Yeah, w/ force-feedback your only missing the G-Force and the live action..
(Someone needs to make f-f pedials, for like brake fade and/or when ABS kicks in.. and also simulate the road vibration in your feet... that would really be awesome =D ) .. Thus the experience is fuller.... I can't stand remotes much anymore, or spring wheels..

Now that I wouldn't mind at all....
