You're being paranoid. I was just commenting on what Jocke and Nath suggested. I didnt make an attempt to 'drag' the topic offtrack.

I think you're missing the point there TBBQ... when you pretty much post nothing but one liners it gets quite annoying. (Now don't get me wrong, you do post some useful stuff... but lately you really have been posting a lot of junk). Heck, I'm sure I've posted one liners too... but I don't do it nearly as often as some people around here (not just you TBBQ). Yes, some one liners are fine.. but a lot are not. Like that one post of yours with only a :lol: was the stupidest thing I had seen in a while here. We don't need that crap as I'm sure you are well aware of.

To take your example of a post with "a lot of meaning behind it"... "So?" is probably one of the most useless posts ever. Better to explain why you said "So?" and offer an explanation as to why you said it and maybe offer some sort of alternative or something (something that would be helpful to the person you are "So?"ing). Personally if you replied with "So?" to something I had posted on the forum I would ignore it completely as it is so stupid and meaningless by itself.

Now, as I said before... we're going to start everyone on a "clean slate." No one is going to be favoured over anyone else (or over-watched because they have posted a lot of them in the past), but we are going to be watching the people who do (from this point on) post stupid one-liners repeatedly.

Well i said that I would stop posting smilies. Well yes I agree I general dont post just a "So?" alone. I do offer an explanation as to what I havent understood.

Umm... I said that one liners that conveyed actual information were fine. Rel said oneliners were cool. But by the very nature of this thread na_th doesn't think so, and neither do I. That's what I said. It actually meant something, unlike your :rotfl: posts.
