If speed is the most important thing, just go to C and forget everything else.

Yes, I will make programs further under DEV-C++. But I liked XBasic, so I will finish those programs before
(See my web page)
But there is one thing what I dislike in DEV-C++: programs created with it can't be compiled under Linux! Is there any solution (for free)?

If you like Basic and want to create great 3D and 2D graphics with ease - learn BlitzBasic! I think it is future of QB.

I don't like Blitzbasic. Slow, not very compatible and not portable.

Do you know what your saying? dev-c++ does not compile anything. it is an IDE, more or less qb's blue screen. it uses mingw to compile. MINGW is a WINDOWS PORT of linux's g++. To compiile under linux, you create a make file and compile it under linux. They are the same compiler so the same code will compile. Just like DJGPP is a dos port of g++.
What do you want something to compile linux programs under windows?
[edit]
and the linux compiler is free with linux, your not really supposed to compile linux stuff for people anyways, becuase of the many incompatiblilites users will face having different version of certain libs etc. You can do it, but it wont be easy.

Sorry last edit, i wonder what this could be:
